One-Time Readings

Because readings are generated digitally and delivered instantly, single reading purchases are generally final once delivered. If a technical issue prevents delivery, please contact us within 7 days.

Membership Subscriptions

Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing. The current billing period is generally not refunded unless required by law or caused by a technical error on our end.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with your payment details and we will investigate promptly.

Failed Delivery

If a Stripe payment completed successfully but your reading was not delivered, we will restore access or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@oralyxa.com and include:

  • The email address used for payment
  • The payment date and amount
  • The plan purchased
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
